Just got it, very easy to set up & program. Has more features than I realized, to include Pluto Tv which I watch on my PC.

TV never works normal

I've had my TV for a year got it brand new.It's always going blank. Sometimes I can't hear the TV so I have to unplug it to get it to work. I can't watch Netflix on it, I can't even connect it from my phone. I will never buy this brand of TV again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

tv screen is'nt as vivid as i hoped it would be

I bought this TV during Black Friday 2020. I had hoped it would bright and vivid tv but its grainy and dark. I'm not sure if I have the settings wrong?
