Could be better

Controls are slow, menu navigation sluggish. Google home/assistant integration does not work well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Features

I have preferred Vizio for years...This is my first smart tv and I am so happy with it that I bought another for a different room! Only feature I would like is the ability to add and delete apps, not a big deal at all. LOVE IT!

I bought this to replace my old vizio TV when s mishap cracked the screen (totally my fault) I only buy Vizio, the picture is amazing. And even without a soundboard the sound it pretty good for a flat screen. Great product, excellent features. Amazing value. I already recomended a smart cast to my brother, and he already bought one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the apps

I bought this TV as a gift for my husband. I really liked the fact that it has smart apps so we can watch our favorite shows without having to buy a separate streaming device. Picture is sharp and the remote is easy to use. This TV is a good quality product at a great price.

No access to app store

Turn off randomly. Has to be unplugged to come back on. Also it proprietary with the apps. Everything electronic is accessible to an app store.

Great picture, terrible software

The TV itself has a *beautiful* picture. The Smartcast software, not so much. Disney+ constantly crashes, freezing the picture and forcing the TV to restart. The onboard Wifi's reception is weak, and I spent more than a half-hour waiting for updates before I could even get started using it.
I got it for my kids' bedroom, so they would quit jumping in bed with my wife and I in the early AM wanting to watch a show. Needless to say, they're frustrated with the TV's inability to work consistently, and are *still* jumping in bed with us in the AM to watch things on our significantly older dumb TV with a R*ku attached.
So we ordered a R*ku for them. It should arrive tomorrow. This unit has a *great* picture, but the software leaves a *lot* to be desired. As a Vizio Copilot owner from way back, you'd think I had learned my lesson, but no...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to find 24 inch 1080P

This set has a lot of features and a great picture. The audio leaves a lot to be desired. Also the smart features are very slow to access and the program menu is very slow to scroll
