I purchased this TV on December 8th was delivered with a damaged screen the box was destroyed completely after the delivery guy left only then that I discovered it was damaged and to make matters worse when I reported it to the delivery company, they refused to come pick it up because I thew away the box I was treated very poorly by this company, very disappointed with this purchased process
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim.

Over all, good picture quality, good sound quality. Remote, something to be desired - laggy laggy laggy. Press a button and it either moves quickly as it should or delays a few seconds then moves. Can't press button and leave it pressed to have it move along without having to press for each move - it just won't go. I'm on my second TV because HDMI 2 port would not work on first on - had repairman here, then 1st TV would turn itself back on after shutting it off. Called Vizio and they sent me a new TV, not much different then the first because everything is the same including the HDMI 2 port not working. Trying to network computer to TV; computer picks up TV, Blu-ray player just fine, but TV won't pick up computer. So it will be another call to Technical Services to see what I need to do to network TV to computer. Not a happy camper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
