Worst Interface of any Smart TV

I bought the Visio Smartcast TV for my parents. They ended up not using it so I brought it home. The interface and navigation is the most difficult I’ve ever used. We are fans of Roku, but have used AppleTV, ChromeCast, and Firestick. The Vizio is horrible. It is very slow in responding to navigation or button pushes on the remote. At times you’re not even sure if the button push registered and then it finally responds. It’s very frustrating. I truly wish I had paid more for a tv with a different smart interface.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not buy again

Bought it a couple months ago. It is the most difficult tv I’ve ever had. Once it’s on... it’s perfectly fine, but I have to ‘fix’ it so often.... either the audio doesn’t line up, or the screen size doesn’t match... or it won’t turn off or on. I so far, always can fix it- it takes a little time..... but is really a pain in the a**

I previously owned a Visio TV bought at an estate sale. It was an older model because it wasn’t as thin as the newer. So far very pleased with this purchase. Two day delivery and great sound and color!

For the past 10 or so years, we’ve only bought Vizio tv’s. They have the most vivid color and the programming is awesome.
