Had gotten one for a wedding anniversary in 2009. Years later it was still going strong. Love the quality and the brand. Absolutely amazing.

I bought this a few months ago and it's so easy to watch my subscriptions (Amazon prime/ Netflix) and stream my Spectrum TV through my phone. Great investment and super affordable.

Great features but need more!

I bought this a month ago and love it. But Visio does not support the charter spectrum app which is my cable service. Had to buy a roku which is the point of a smart tv.

Random Freezes

I’ve had this TV for about a year now. For the most part it is fine, though it seems slow to connect to Wi-Fi. Every time I turn it on, there’s a message for 30 seconds to a minute about no connectivity. Every couple weeks the TV freezes completely and refuses to respond to the remote. I thought it was the battery and replaced them, but still frozen. I have to completely unplug it, let it sit for a minute and then plug it back in to get it going again. The picture is good. If it wasn’t a gift, I’d probably have returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The quality of the picture is great. The speaks do have a slight hollow sound, but that could be a location problem rather than the speakers.
