Easy to use

This is my first smart TV. I bought it a few months ago, and now thoroughly enjoy the easy access, choice of apps, and beautiful vibrant color and clarity. Whether I'm watching the news, streaming a movie, or simply have a relaxing YouTube video, I love the versatility of my Vizio smart TV!

Good, but crashes often

It’s a pretty good smart tv for the money, but it freezes & crashes at least once a week, if not more.

Great features

I purchased this TV 5 mo. ago. Sometimes the volume goes in and out or their is a lag when trying to get it to respond to the remote. I've had to power off or even unplug the device for it work correctly. Has me concerned at times because the brand is a good brand..hopefully we won't have to replace or repair. Overall, I enjoy the smart features of the device. I was however a bit disappointed when adding apps that sling was not an option.

I bought this tv not to long ago and my husband and me decided we had to get some for the 2 kids room sense the gaming graphics are so good they are always trying to use my tv !!! So we will have 3 in our house before it's over with got my mom one for Christmas as well

I got the tv about a year ago,
Seems to work good
Sometimes it locks up and you have to pull the plug and plug it back to get it to start,
It’s a little slow on the menu, but for the price not bad
