We purchased our first Vizio a few months ago for our daughter and LOVE THIS TV!! I've ALWAYS purchased Samsung if the product we were purchasing at the time came with the option, regardless of the circumstances (wait time etc.). She couldn't wait for her TV so we did a ton of research and ended up with this one. We love literally everything about it, picture quality, ease of use, app selection, literally EVERYTHING! After talking to multiple families about how it holds up and how long they continue to just be great quality we ended up purchasing one for ourselves and have found a new favorite brand for our home!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great brand

I'm very happy with the quality and everything overall related to the t.v. itself. All except for the remote, it's hard to push the buttons without pushing the wrong button and going to the wrong app or exit what your watching because the way the remote is and the setup. I have to hear my girlfriend complain about it daily, lol!!

It’s endless entertainment ,informative and enjoy- it keeps you company especially the new normal “ COVID-19, quarantine, social distancing, mask...etc You get the picture!

I’m not good at programming TVs, however when I bought is Vizio I was able to do everything myself. It’s one of the best TVs I’ve ever owned.

Great features but spotty service

We bought this TV about a year ago. Less then 6 mths later some of the apps buffer alot. Sometimes they even freeze and kick you off all together. When I used online support they just sent me a generic reset the TV message. Lame. The apps buffering are HULU, Tubi, Disney+ and a few others. These apps never do that on my phone using the same home wifi.
I would recommend this to a friend!
