I’ve had this TV for under a year, haven’t really used it more than maybe 3 months total because it has a tendency to auto shut off on its own regardless of settings. I’m going to see if I can get it serviced but with covid I’ve been putting it off for safety reasons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

About to Start

I purchased the TV 11/24/20 and brought it home. After plug-up, enter wi-fi info, the tv went thru 3 "download updates" and it would not start up. It has been over 30 minutes! Finally, after starting, for the 2nd time it is asking for the TV location. The Sound is OK and the picture is not as sharp and crispy
as I expect. The Manual could not be found under "Support." I will keep it for 25 days and see what happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Good and The Bad

Great Picture, remote is beyond disappointing... tiny buttons, delays in tv response, have to use opera glasses to read tiny INFO line displayed on the screen for over-the-air channels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the tv wen I can figure it out. The problem is it sometimes gets confusing going from one thing to another. The other thing was that my stepdaughter at 12 could hack my password or so I thought. She went to settings and reset it. So much for setting limits!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up and great picture

Needed a TV for the garage, which isn't watched frequently, so I thought I would save a few bucks and buy a cheaper brand. Wrong move. Could not set up totally and picture quality was less than desirable, Returned it to the store and bought a Vizio. Should have done this in the first place. This is at least our third Vizio.
I would recommend this to a friend!
