Cant add apps.

TV will not allow you to add apps like some of our other TVs. If they app isn’t available you have to rely on chromecast. Unfortunately our WiFi in the room we have the TV isn’t great but we do have an Ethernet port but have to rely on the spotty WiFi instead of the much faster Ethernet because we can’t add an app to the TV. Most of the apps that are loaded on the TV work great but wish there was a way to add the ones I use most instead of having to cast it from my phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for the feedback Gdole - we appreciate the insight and are constantly working to bring all the best apps to SmartCast. For the time being, you're right that Chromecast and AirPlay are the best ways to cast an app that is not currently available on SmartCast.
