Only worked for a couple months. It will power on but shows no picture. Haven’t been able to get support site to work

From Facebook ZVRS as Purple 3 as ONEVP sent me packing when I ordered purple 3 VP. Purple 3 VP own business. They let me borrow Purple 3 VP.

I wish I didn’t buy it

I was so excited because this was my first Smart Tv purchase. I’ve only had it a few months but within the first few days I started to see problems. The tv glitches all the time! What I mean by that is there’s time it freezes, it won’t turn on, & I’ve had to reset it on many occasions. There’s time when it doesn’t even turn on! I’m so disappointed to say the least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
