Had to Return Tv - but...

We have all Vizio tv's in our home - some that are 12 yrs old! So when we needed a new one for a different room - naturally we stuck with Vizio! I will say that their tech support was great & sent out a repair man - In Home - to replace the "mother board" in the TV. It worked great the remainder of that day - however started malfunctioning again the next. We purchased a different brand to replace the TV, because we were truly shocked at the way the Vizio - didn't preform & even questioned if it was our own Wi-Fi / device issues, however the new Tv / Brand is working perfectly. I wouldn't discourage anyone from Vizio - we just ended up with one, this time, that had too many glitches.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great MacBook computer monitor and TV

I bought this at the beginning of the pandemic to use as a monitor, when monitors were hard to come by. I had never bought the brand before, but it was available and it had good reviews. I ended up really liking it not just as a monitor, but also as a TV. I took off one star because the remote was initially very hard to use. It had a funny lag. I looked on line for solutions, the first one did not work, but then one video did work (I took out the batteries, hit all of the buttons really hard, pounded on it from the back a bit and then put the batteries back in.) I didn't think it would work, but it totally did! Now the TV works great. I also love all of the options for free tv and videos as well as the smart tv function.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased 6 weeks ago , happy with everything except it needs a web bowser. If you could do something about this I am sure a lot of people would be very happy.

Really easy setup

I was concerned that setting up a new smart tv would be confusing and time consuming. It was about 5 years since I set up my last one. This was so easy. I plugged in the cable cord, an antenna for back up, DVD player and turned the tv on. It lead me straight through the setup and was a breeze signing into my apps also. Great picture!
