Easy setup!

I got this new Vizio 2 weeks ago to replace another I'd purchased but malfunctioned. The setup is very easy, moves along quickly and the picture and sound are very good. It's very lightweight so installation was a snap as well.
I received the replacement for the first TV within 5 business days and repackaged the first TV in the same box and packaging as the replacement and shipped it back to VIZIO with the prepaid label they sent with the replacement. The VIZIO representatives were very knowledgeable and courteous.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to install

I just wanted a television for my office, needed to be a smart tv. I didn’t want to have to write the office with cable or pay for another cable box. This worked out great because I just signed into my subscription channels and started watching.

I bought this tv a month ago and it was fine until today. Fuzzy, grainy, color off and picture is upside down. Tried all the ways your website and others said to reset it and nothing works! Should he able to have a tv longer before it breaks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
