I tried to adjust the picture but it doesn't seem to help with the washed out look.

I bought this to upgrade. I've had it for less than a month but I'm loving it. It's simple to use.Has great sound. The picture is clean and vibrant. The buttons on the remote are marked clearly so it's easy to use.You don't have to spend an hour just trying to figure out what the buttons do.You can access the user guide on the tv so you don't have to try to find it on the internet.The only thing I had trouble with was it was hard to figure out how to remove the cover on the remote to insert the batteries.

I've had my second Vizio Smart TV for about two weeks and I love it although it's an adjustment but I'm okay with that.

Grandchildren love the selections available through the smart tv. Like Disney, prime video, Netflix, and Vudu. So do we.
