Keeps Freezing

We’ve had the tv about 3 weeks. It freezes in the middle of a show, can’t even turn it off with the remote it has to be unplugged to get it back on. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new TV!

I love the features available on my new Visio smart tv. It has every app imaginable already installed! No more fire stick no more roku! One remote for everything and the connectivity goes is superb. I have so many issues with my fire stick on another tv that when I can afford to replace said tv, I will with a vizio smart tv!
I would recommend this to a friend!

:) Tv is great. I use it for gaming, movies, etc. I can even use my remote for my other smart tv that I lost my remote to.
