Had trouble at first but love it

I bought it a month ago and I had trouble with the WiFi always disconnecting but once I got help from customer service everything runs smoothly.

I am giving 4 stars because the remote is difficult to use with Hulu Live TV. You have to scroll through channels and cannot enter channel number with keys.

We opted not to buy a cable subscription and love the features that come with tv. Easy to use. Bought this tv without seeing the picture quality in person and it has a really picture quality.
