YouTube TV glitches

Tv itself is ok. We have YouTube TV and it glitches every 20-30 seconds for approx 1 second. All other apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. all work with no issues.
We stream YouTube tv on another tv with an Apple TV with no problems.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
