I've had my Vizio TV for less than two weeks, I've made multiple calls to tech support. I've repeated times where my TV says it's not connecting to the internet or it just all of a sudden shuts off. After long hold times, many dropped calls, unhelpful and dismissive reps, I continue to have the same issues. Every time I'm told, next time it happens, call right away and you can help me figure out why it keeps happening. So, I call and helped for the moment and then when I ask why it keeps happening, I'm told to call again. It's not my internet either. I feel like I'm just going to continually get blown off until it's too late to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
