Having problems

I bought this tv on first day had problems. Having trouble with an apt. That was aready loaded on tv. When using the apt the program would lag. I was using wireless wifi. Then tried either net cord from wifi to tv. With no help. Second when using the exit button to get out of apt. The TV would just turn off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
