technical difficulties

i bought this tv a few months ago and have had to restart and reset it so many times. it disconnects from my wifi very often and then i can’t make any selections from the remote to reconnect it (yes i’ve changed the batteries) so then i have to unplug the thing just to reset it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi maddie1. If your TV is constantly disconnecting from your network you may need to move it closer to your router in order for it to have a stronger connection. If that doesn't help please reach out to our customer support team at 877-878-4946.
