I bought this tv for my son's birthday so he'd have one in his dorm room. The installation was easy and very intuitive with all on-screen instructions. My son is now able to access all of his favorite shows by using the various preloaded apps; such as Netflix, YouTube, and more. I really like the programmed user manual being in the settings for quick and easy access, just in case he needs to refer to it in the future. He is very pleased with the tv and is enjoying having the freedom to watch his own shows instead of watching a community tv.

Could be better

Slow to load apps and they sometimes fail to load at all. Most recent issue was a failure to stream HULU. At as last resort, even though I checked to ensure the TV software was up to date, I had to do a factory reset and force an update to resolve the issue with the HULU app. On the plus side, I enjoy being able to cast from other devices.

My son has special needs and needed a new device. I went online on my phone, got a VIZIO tv on sale. They delivered it in 2 days!! It was light and easy, and I did it all myself. The picture quality & sound was clear and my son was happy he could navigate his apps. It also connected to my phone app and google assistant so I can manage it for him even when I’m not there. Love our new tv!

The worst TV I ever has

Very poor in working chromecast is not working, airplay is not working, the application in mobile is completely useless. Once I able to cast my laptop chrome browser but once turn off tv and again turn on its again stop working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this TV 4 days ago for our guest room where our grandchildren & great grandkids stay when they visit. It is perfect . Easy to use and has access to programs for all ages.
