We bought this TV, to replace a smaller one on our patio, for the features and the price. The 1st one had an audio issue. It kept cutting out. Customer support addressed it and said they would send out a tech once our state opened back up. Instead of waiting I was able to return it to where we purchased it from. The 2nd one works great. Awesome picture and sound.

For the price I love that remote and the apps. The tv is slow to respond. And I have to reset it often
