The tv has a great picture when watching anything on line. Using our cable box is useless. The tv turns grainy and you have to turn the volume almost all the way up. The biggest problem is it also freezes- a lot! Ive had to do a factory reset 3 times and I've owned it a month. It also turns on and off by itself. I'm sure it possessed lol. When it does work, it's great and I love the different features. Hopefully the kinks work themselves out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Heidi7705! We recommend making sure your cable box is connected with an HDMI cable for best picture quality. Cords like Coaxial or Composite can't product signals up to 1080p and could be contributing to the grainy picture. There also may be a setting on your cable box to adjust the video output to 1080p.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and for a 1080p TV with full array dimming and price. Its a amazing TV. The blacks are black and the TV can be bright. It even has a cal day cal night feature. Plenty of apps, Vizio free movies app. If your looking for a small TV for the kitchen or bedroom you can't go wrong
