I bought this tv about 2 weeks ago, the remote stops working daily and every other day the whole tv freezes up which means getting up to unplug it from the wall to make it work again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needed a tv in our bathroom. This tv really made it easy. I almost did not run cable to it because it has so much streaming content included.
