Very glitchy

When I got the TV I was so hyped about it to bring it home and it was so laggy and glitchy, I just returned it

Smartcast

I brought this 4 days ago and im ready to take it back. When i try to turn it on it dont come on right away. The screen shows a faint light in back ground for 5 minutes then gose off when I tried to go to nextflick it acts like it doesn't know what I mean. I started having these problems when it told me to set it up with Alexa. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out whats going on if not im taking it to im going to t it back to sams..
