Tv is great ... sometimes it takes a minute to turn the channel or it freezes up for a second. Otherwise it's a great tv. I like it.

The set up was easy and convenient. I am only streaming TV services. The TV screen freezes daily, Sometimes multiple times a day requiring me to unplug it. I find it annoying and have been contemplating returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Melaine, you should not need to unplug the unit to get it to turn on at any point. I bought 4 VIZO TV's one 65 in. and three 32 in. recently (all smart ones). I bought these because I purchased a dumb one about 2 years ago and it performed so well I thought
