I freezes alot

I love my tv but it keeps freezing. Maybe you can help with this. I did pay for the warranty

Bought it a little over two weeks ago. I like it EXCEPT for the fact that I had to go online to get the manual. No instructions was painful. It lands on SmartTV and I don't want that. I just needed to know how to get to the place where I could choose the channel my satellite uses. I had to dig deep for 2 hours to find it. Ridiculous.
I would recommend this to a friend!
