Awesome product but the home screen is super slow and laggy, also sometimes my remote just won’t work with my tv and I have to unplug then replug it.

Hello KyleChurch, you should not need to unplug your television to get it to turn on. Please reach out to our customer support at support.vizio.com and clicking 'Contact Us'. We would like to look into this behavior and ensure you are on the latest firmware versions as we recently released an update to improve the general system performance including the SmartCast screen and apps.

I love this TV. Tons of features! Great picture but needs a sound bar for the sound. The sound is way too low.

excellent display quality! got a great deal for the price. also purchased the Vizio sound bar system. very easy hook up and sync. digital optical sound hook up reduces cables in back and better sound quality! very happy with purchase! definite recommendation!!

Great TV, 1 minor issue

I bought this TV this month and love it. It's a perfect size for my room, it has 99% of the features I wanted in a TV and it works great. My ONLY problem is that when I plug my External in to watch movies... it doesn't seem to like playing MP4 files. It will only play certain ones, which is weird. My other TV, an LG, plays MP4 files with zero issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!
