I am sorry that I did not see or think about the outside controls, like Off / On, Volume or Channel change.

Had this tv for about 2 weeks. Love it so far, love the smart part of it as I’ve started doing more streaming. great color and awesome sound.

I was especially happy to buy this TV because of the built-in apps. I'm able to view many movies and shows without paying for a cable/dish subscription. I always hated paying for channels that I never watched or needed. Thanks for helping me cut the cable cord!

I bought this for a bedroom tv. We went with Visio bc we’ve purchased one before & loved it! This one seems to get stuck on loading an app included on the tv. I have to cut it off, sometimes unplugging it, to reset/restart it. Other than that we love it!
