Keeps disconnecting from my wifi

I bought this item in August 2019 (currently is March 2020) and I honestly wish I bought a different TV. This one keeps disconnecting from my internet, will freeze on different streaming apps, it also will sometimes not let me access the main homepage, and it also will turn on but nothing will appear on the screen. It really is frustrating and I wish there was a way for me to return it or something but I never kept my receipt so learn from my mistake; either don't buy it or KEEP THE RECEIPT.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

malfunction

I bought this tv a month ago and I when to New York only for 2week and be be back until now the TV is not turning on and I used to trash my receipt so... the tv is right there if I can took a picture for u I will do

Bad sound quality

Its a big tv for the price. Picture quality is good. However, the sound quality is so bad we had to buy an external speaker system to even be able to watch the tv. There is no doubt that if you purchase this tv you will have to buy additional.sound equipment

Picture/Video Lasted only a Few Months

I bought this last year and within a few months (3-4 months) the video muted and picture would not stay on. Tried recommended, suggested fixes but nothing worked.
