Streaming problems helped by support. Would be good to have extra HDMI port. Can an adapter be used to convert USB port to HDMI?

We purchased this Tv to replace an 8 year old Phillips that had lost its sound. We went up just a bit in the size but the picture quality is really good. The sound is better too than our older TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!
