Great tv some errors though

I have all Vizio tvs in my house but this new tv that I bought it acts up at times I'll turn in on and the screen will be just black but lit up and i have to press netflix to get it to go to that but no access to my home screen or any of the other apps

I love my Vizio 32". I had an LG 55", was too large for me and the 32" is perfect. The picture is beautiful and very much HD. I'm still learning how to get the most from a smart TV.
