Streaming made easy with clear pictures

I returned my cable boxes in bedroom for smart tv. It makes streaming so much easier. The picture quality is great.

Disappointed in my "Smart TV"

At this moment, I'm not experiencing problems, but since getting this TV in October, I have had problems with loading apps and freeze-ups, with the only remedy being factory reset
(once a week) or disconnecting from power. My service provider has sent techs 3 times and the problems are not on their end. I talked to your customer service and the problems were blamed on my service provider. I am resolved to living with the dumb smart TV, I just
don't turn it off unless it goes off on it's own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Typically, we would troubleshoot this behavior and if we are not able to resolve the problem we would set up your television for service.
