TV was given to me as a Christmas gift, and I love it! I was hoping to be able to “cut the cable”, but my internet speed in my area is not strong enough to run Hulu Live without a lot of buffering

This so called smart tv is not smart at all the only app it will show is Netflix and maybe pluto all these apps on here don't work totally failure smart tv lol what a joke now I have to spend unnecessary money that I don't have to get another tv wow
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Unit but not with out issues

I bought this unit about a month ago, so I have been using every night since I got it. The picture quality was the main thing that made me want to buy it, when I saw it in the store. I wasn't too concerned about the streaming features but it has about every app that there is to enjoy a vast amount of content.
The only complaint I have is that I need to be patient when changing inputs and scrolling through the apps. It is quite slow as far as how quickly you can navigate the options.
Even though WIFI is very strong it does seem to buffer when loading Netflix or Amazon Prime, even YouTube sometimes takes a bit to load the interface.
I have had to reboot it once as it seemed to lock up, but haven't had to do it again. This unit is well worth the money, has an excellent picture and options. You can't go wrong with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
