Can't download apps

I bought this expecting I would be able to stream apps of my choice. Highly disappointed

SmartCast televisions deliver today’s most popular apps like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and others on the SmartCast TV home screen. The TVs also come with Watchfree, a no cost service that provides hundreds of channels with no additional purchase or registration requirements. SmartCast televisions also support Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay 2 so that you can share content from the latest applications on your phone, tablet, or computer directly to the TV. Bought it as a Christmas gift for my son.
Few occasions when the TV freezes and has to be unplugged to restart. Otherwise, no problems.

Exceeds my expectations

Mainly I bought this tv so I could stream Netflix and prime video. I had no clue how much more I would be doing with this tv. It has so many great features. Sometimes it loads a little slow but other than that it's wonderful
I would recommend this to a friend!
