SmartCast is slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SmartCast is slow to load otherwise the picture is great and has most of the features I wanted, would like to be able to adjust the sound profile.

Never got to use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv was shipped to us and when I took it out of the box the screen was cracked internally turned it in for warranty and was told that screens are not covered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.

Good features but has some issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CPU they used was the bare minimal. The GUI is extremely slow and feels cheap. The Ethernet port on the back is only 10/100 BaseT but running Plex requires higher speeds. I love that Chromecast and apple airplay are always active. Need to fix pairing with Alexa instead of hiding the pairing settings in an extras menu on the home screen put it 8j the system settings.
I would recommend this to a friend!
