Won’t update firmware

I got this as a gift and the firmware will not update so it makes the tv useless I’ve called several times but nothing helps lost the receipt now they can’t fix it. Alls I want is the firmware to update so I can use the smart tv

It’s okay.

I bought this one year ago and it works okay. Since it does not have a browser, I need to replace it. Caveat Emptor. After trying to access a PoE LAN antenna IP address using the TV, I learned no Vizio products have web browser capability.

The TV is slow to respond to commands and the smart menu is confusing.

Solid but leaves you wanting more

A solid TV but could be better. The resolution is good. The internal features - like access to apps - is so slow as to be really useless. Also only one port for HDMI when I could've used two.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great image, but one thing missing

I love the tv but was bummed to find today it has no Bluetooth option. Maybe I have to buy a newer one. Also, once in a blue moon, it just turns itself off...not sure why. Also, highly recommend you see all the info about the TV. It's really easy to read and understand. Should have don't it sooner, maybe I would have seen that it had no Bluetooth.

Asking for a review again?

I've had this TV for just over 2 years now. In that time I've found it slow to respond to inputs, and I've had to reset it, sometimes having to go so far as to re-register it with my account, about every 3 weeks, when Google Home cannot communicate with it. Other devices aren't affected, and the condition persists until I manage to find the right things that need to be reset that time. Sometimes it's just going through the "extras" menu in the TV to make it remember that Google has permission to talk to it, and sometimes it's removing Google from it, and it from Google, and going through the whole signup process again, which gets me to this.
While it's working, it works well enough, even though it's so slow I have to navigate blind and wait for it to either catch up to my inputs or forget what it's doing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty solid television

Remote was broken out of the box when I got it but I try to keep it together best I can but tv seems solid. More apps would be appreciated.
