software flaws

Have to reboot the thing at least once a day to fix the flickering closed captioning. It also randomly switches itself to smartcast

D series 24 " Vizio

.I purchased A D Series vizio less than a year ago and it has worked great up until last week when I had noticed a singular horizontal line running in the middle of the screen. I did a factory reset that did not help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely intermittent online and offline

Has never worked fluently, thought it was poor WiFi, but all other devices work seamlessly including my PS4 which is set up wirelessly and works great! So we bought a high end Ethernet cable and that did not help the TV. It freezes even when scrolling offline menu items. I just don’t get why, although my LG at home has its intermittent issues as well. It must be low quality equipment or a setting I am unaware of.

Great picture

I bought last December 2020 work good then Last December 2021 closed captions problem blinking faster hard to read it and unplug around 2 and 3 minutes then plug in turn on power on and closed captions stay on no blinking and sometimes changed to smart TV programs then back to antenna channels and closed captions blinking faster hard to read it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works although my problems

I’ve had my Vizio for a year I think and when I got the apps freeze a lot. There is like a three second delay on a button is pressed. Than on movies that are airplay or chrome cast, it buffers alot or stalls and repeats commercials for more than ten minutes. I don’t have many devices that are connected to the Wi-Fi and I should have more than enough data due to the Xfinity plan. Other than that it works
