internet issues

After a year and a have I have enjoyed my TV it is the best but here lately it will not except my internet or hot spot from my phone so I just have a plain TV at this point if there is a way to get back working that would be grate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The thing that I like is that there’s some apps are not working right now when I use HBO Max it freezes to watch a movie and when I use Pluto TV it doesn’t work it just stays in one place and frozen

Very Slow

I have four different Vizios in my home. This is the only one that I have a problem with. The screen is very slow to react while using the remote, I did all of the tricks that Vizio suggested and they sent me another remote..still slow.
Everything else is great and my other three work just fine.
This particular model...I would give a thumbs down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice picture. Horrible software.

The software package in this TV is horrible. Slow, drops the connection, locks up to the point it has to be unplugged from the wall outlet to get it to reboot. Just plain horrible software. And yes, I do have the current version of the software.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have only owned for a week and enjoy the ability to connect to wifi and various streaming services we have without the use of a fire stick.

Constantly freezes

Worst TV I've ever owned
Constantly freezes and has to be unplugged. Drags just awful tv all the way around.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.
