Slow and buggy

Tv works *okay* for the most part, however, it REALLY likes to sometimes simply freeze and not do anything. It will also sometimes lock up everything until I unplug it. And as the last cherry on top, nothing runs quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello TGMG, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Typically, when a TV freezes up, that can be fixed with a power cycle. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again. This is our third Vizio purchase. Our first one we bought over ten years ago. We gave it to our son when we bought a larger one. This one we bought for our guest room. We also have one in our other son’s room. We love them all!
