Slow as molasses how do I make it faster?

Ever since I purchased this TV it has come on and turned of out of no where. The advertisements are constant and the tv freezes up every time. I called my provider thinking it was the internet but they told me the tv must have access to 5G and it still may be slow. Referred me to call Visio. I looked on the website and there is no fix I could find. Have purchased Visio before and it worked great. What happened? How can I fix this?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smartcast home no disponible en México compre adaptador Smartcast y tampoco solo funciona atravez del teléfono y lo ideal sería que funcionará de las dos maneras

not very smart TV!

I'm usually really pleased with Vizio products, but I must say that this TV isn't very good. Granted the price was minimal and is working for the most part for what it was intended. However, the interface is so slow that I feel like I have a 40 year old computer with how long it takes to boot up and to scroll and search. I have to give myself an extra 10 minutes of set up before I can use it. I finally had to add an AppleTV device to bypass this horrid interface. The screen quality is ok and I'm happy with it. I probably should of just got a better screen and not the smart version in the beginning since I have to employ AppleTV.
