EXTREMELY SLOW!!!

I’ve had this tv for less than 5 months and I regret buying it, it’s extremely slow and every time I’m watching something on Hulu or Netflix or just any other app, it just exits and goes back home and it’s super annoying! Wish I could just get my money back ☹️
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great picture. Remote could be better.

Bought two of these for the bedrooms at our vacation home. Set up was super easy and picture is great. The remote could be better but for only streaming it is fine.

Great picture, terribly slow features and menus

A smart TV??? If waiting 5 seconds for the cursor to move between selections is smart then it's not for me. Also, it cannot download apps but is stuck with what is available. I wanted to download the app for my cable provider and it couldn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. If you’d like any help taking advantage of all the options VIZIO has to enjoy your content, our customer service team would be happy to speak with you at 844-254-8087.

I bought this tv a month ago to use on our outdoor patio. It has our Hulu and Netflix so all you have to do is plug in and enjoy. Super light and so easy to use!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product was easy to set up, however I did have to call customer support to resolve a minor issue. Customer support was excellent and responded quickly and accurately
