Not the best

I bought 2 of these TV almost 2 months ago. One of the TVs is still in its box. The other TV we open to put in my sons room. We had to call the hotline to get our TV to start working. We had to reset the TV because none of the functions were working. Customer service got it working for us. They told us that the D 40 was having issues like that. Easy fix.. The other issues that we deal with is when our TV freezes due to I guess Internet connection with Cox. The whole TV locks up with the controller you can’t shut it off without going up to the TV to unplug it or use the button on the backside. I don’t know why the controller stops communicating with the TV. It’s done that a couple times. Hope the second TV doesn’t operate like this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great buy.

I’ve had the Visio 32” tv for over a month, and it has a great picture, a functional remote, easy to set up. I feel it was a great buy. The only negative point is the audio, so I bought a sound bar.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs Works!!

Has a good picture but the tv doesn’t respond to the remote all the time. Very frustrating. TVs only over a month old. In order for it to respond you must reboot the whole device. Vizio needs to get it together!!!
