Smart TV...NOT!

I bought this TV and had it for 4 days, and decided to send it back. This smart TV is very V--E--R--Y S--L--O--W. I couldn't use the remote, my phone did a better job with the TV. with the app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Apps won’t open

For some reason I have to keep unplugging my tv for apps to work I click them and the screen is just black and they won’t open and I’ve checked and all updates are up to date
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great picture sound could be improved

Bought this for my Toy Hauler, it was one of the few that would fit in the hole already in the trailer. Hooked it up and got a bunch of local channels with a regular antenna. The sound was less than what I expected from Vizio, my cell has better sound quality so plan on adding a sound bar. Not a direct hit on Vizio (all manufacturers are doing it) but the quick shortcut buttons on the remote are really more than an annoyance, you push netflix and it pops up and you have to wait for it to boot before you can shut it down i have hit the button twice and missed an important part of a game so I really wish they would stop putting these waste of space buttons on remotes. I don't even have Netflix so adding these is like putting a p o r n hub button on a remote...
