Missing key features

I am disappointed in this refrigerator as compared to my previous GE Profile model. The new one doesn't have a bottom ice maker and the bin for the top ice maker is considerably smaller. The doors do not open wide enough. I would have trouble cleaning the drawers because of this. The precise fill feature is useless. I imagined that I could put the glass on, press the button and it would fill. I still have to hold the glass against the pressure plate.
I do like the matte black finish.

However, we're sorry the ice maker size and PreciseFill feature did not meet your expectations. We're also sorry it is hard for you to clean the drawers. Although the icemaker may seem smaller, please know your new unit produces approximately 100–130 cubes in 24 hours, depending on freezer compartment temperature, room temperature, number of door openings, and other use conditions.
To remove and replace the drawers, you can pull the drawer out to the stop position and lift the front of the drawer up and out. You may refer to page 20 of the owner's manual here to learn more: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000586-2.pdf&_ga. -- However, installation plays a key role in opening the doors wide enough. With the doors open fully, this refrigerator opens to a width of 61 5/8". PreciseFill dispenses fresh, filtered water in accurately measured amounts. Great fridge just a little loud

Love the fridge look and layout. My only complaint is the noise when running. The compressor is a bit loud and when the ice maker fills it’s very loud. I wish the ice bin was a little bigger but we can manage with it being a little smaller. I’ve scheduled a service person to come out. Hopefully they can help make it a little quieter.

Great refrigerator but ice maker doesn't keep up.

We love the refrigerator. The only problem is that it doesn't freeze ice fast and we run out often. It is only myself and my husband in the house and I feel like it should be able to keep up with our usage.

Love this fridge. Aside from the good looks, the metered hot and cold water on tap, the third temperature controlled drawer, and WiFi app, very nice fridge. Love the flat white doors, bringing white back to modern appliances.

It is beautiful. The interior lighting is bright and cheery, the exterior colors beautiful.
You have to get used to some new noises (as compared to your old refrigerator), but it is worth it.
