Not so good...

Bought this fridge in February 2015. Fan for main fridge cabin failed twice within the first 4 months. Fan finally replaced with an updated version of the fan and accompanying software update. Recently the dispensing quantity no longer works, so it is unknown how much water has been dispensed and hot water is over-dispensed, making it only lukewarm. Button text has also worn off on the button for locking the controls, which has been used twice in the lifetime of the fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this refrigerator for my new home. I hadn't bought a refrigerator in over 20 years, so I admit, the cost was a shock. However, compared to many others, this one truly is delightful! So much room! So quiet! I love it.

Great space - poor performance

We have already had our fridge replaced after only a year!! The look and layout of the fridge is nice, the reliability is HORRIBLE. I am terrified what will happen after owning for 10 years

Fantastic Refrigerator

Many great features! Crushed ice is a PLUS! The ability to see through all the drawers is fantastic. Spacious fridge shelving and freezer space is very large as well. I like the fact that the filtered water is CHILLED. LOVE the photo display, and the hot water feature is VERY nice.

Wonderful fridge with one exception

I purchased this back in February and so far I have been very happy with it. There is plenty of room and easy to arrange items.
My only exception is the icemaker is too small. With a family of 3 we ran out of ice on a hot day. It definitely is not for entertaining. Other than that, we love it.

two units with problems right out of the box

First unit the water and ice dispenser did not work. At all. I had to fight with my dealer to get a technician out inside of two weeks. GE customer care did overnight the parts after the tech diagnosed it. Second tech replaced a circuit board. Unit still did not work. Dealer got the GE sales rep to authorize replacing the refrigerator. Took two weeks. Second unit was installed and tested OK. Next day there was water leaking out of the door, freezing on the freezer basket gasket and leaking onto our brand new hardwood floor. Dealer got a tech out there that day miraculously. He diagnosed a cracked water line inside the door to the dispenser. He was able to correct it and it has been fine. My issue is with the lack of quality control at the factory. Paid a lot of money for something with QC issues
