I can’t close tray on cafe French door fridge water dispenser when I first got it tray pulled out and pushed in Now it’s out all the way and won’t go in please help

I love my new Cafe refrigerator

So far so good, I think the bottom drawer could be redesigned so you don't have to open both doors to open the drawer . It's a bit loud when running I'm not sure this is normal ???? To my surprise the freezer is actually big enough no other freezer is needed in our home. Need to have more condiment holding for the taller bottles .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible features

Payed extra for a hot water dispenser that does not properly heat water. The precise fill feature is a misnomer. Should be able to select an amount, press the button once, and have water continuously flow out until the precise amount is reached. Instead, you have to hold the button down the whole time. If you release it, the count starts over. Have to open both doors to properly access each side of the fridge. Should be able to open one door and access what is on that side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty Nice Refridgerator

On average, it's a very nice fridge. Keeps things consistently cold with nothing getting "frozen" on top shelves or items close to the back. Water does come out really slowly and bottom drawer that's the entire width of the fridge doesn't open very far, making some items in the back hard to get to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Fridge

Love the fridge - I haven’t gotten the water line hooked up yet so I cannot speak to that. I wish I knew there could be an option for a Keurig - I feel as though I missed out on an opportunity there.

Great refrig

I really like the refrigerator. Only down fall is the amount of space on the doors. Not enough. Milk spoils much quicker than on other frig.

Happy with previous Cafe

This is our second Cafe refrigerator. Our previous one lasted 11 years with one issue the first year no issues the next ten years. Wish the total overall depth was about 3 inches shorter like our previous Cafe. Sticks out a little far from the enclosure.
