Great Fridge, Lots of Rattles

The look of the fridge is fantastic and the interior layout is great. The hot water feature is handy for kids hot chocolates. THe only problem is that after a year, it has developed a loud rattle. THe compressor has always been a little on the loud side, but we were generally able to tune it out, but over the last month or two it has developed an additional rattle on top of the compressor that is driving us crazy. SO a great fridge, but build quality may not be the best.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about the rattling sounds. It is normal to hear different sounds coming from your refrigerator, a rattle or vibration noise will be heard if the icemaker is on but the water is not supplied to it. We recommend turning your icemaker off if you don't have the water connected.

Beautiful Fridge

When I saw it, I didn't want anything else! It's just a pretty in person as it was online. It has everything you'd need in a fridge and works perfectly.

Beautiful Fridge!

Good quality product. The price is a bit steep - but for a good product and good customer service, it's worth it. Customer service has been great so far. I like that it has a very sturdy feel to it when opening and closing the doors. The lighting inside is excellent.

Several minor things, 1. it is louder than older fridge, but not so loud as to interfere with conversations. 2. fingerprint resistant is not so resistant, but that is pretty common. 3. the doors spring back open if not closed all the way. in a way this is good because you know it didn't close, but it takes more force to close them. Other than that the layout is far better than older fridge, storing far more food. No idea how long it will last, our older fridge lasted 15 years, so that is the standard I am looking for.
