GE scam replacement filters 3x fair price

I can understand why GE is having trouble. GE uses RFID to prevent using any filters but their own and charges 3x the cost of comparable filters. Terrible. Never buying another GE appliance

Beautiful but Problematic

I do love many things about this fridge but have had my struggles too; freezer door handle came loose, filter assembly needed to be replaced, freezing at rear of fresh food drawer and now the interior LED lights are out after only 3+ years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New delivered with no working compressor

Cheaply made. Bought Brand New, compressor was non working. Freezer drawer Rails did not glide, as rails where slightly bent. These Chinese parts they use are for the birds. Will never buy another GE appliance.

Have only had about a week of use, as just newly installed. Bought 6 GE Cafe Series appliances. Wanted them all to match. Drawn by Cafe Series due to french door oven.

Great features, but doesn't last

We really liked this fridge, but at the 7 year mark the compressor has gone out. Not worth the repair bill, so we'll be getting a new fridge, and NOT a GE. Too bad.

The great disappointment

We purchased this refrigerator from a local warehouse about a year or so ago. Good thing we got an extended warranty for the first round of repairs. Unfortunately we have to pay for the second for the same issue. The tech claims we have a bad gasket on the freezer door and has to be replaced again. Several issues with the fridge. Droors replaced, center door seal,flap does not close 60% of the time. We have been waiting on the new seal now for two + weeks. GE appliances have been decent in the past but, this purchase has us looking to other brands. We will probably replace this refrigerator real soon and take our loss.

The ice maker never worked. The water dispenser worked for a while now longer works.
The lights inside the refrigerator did not function.
