Great upgrade

We have been using this refrigerator for three months, and so far everything is working well. I like the hot water feature, and am very happy with our decision to buy a fridge with a bottom freezer. The only feature I have not yet adjusted to completely is the fact that the deli drawer extends to full width of the fridge, requiring us to open both doors at the same time to access the contents. I think I would have preferred two drawers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the worst appliance I have ever owned. We have had this appliance fro 3 months and we have had 4 services calls on it. I have been without a working refrigerator intermittently for 3 weeks as they continue to order more parts. I appreciate the efforts that have been make to fix the appliance but am disappointed in the quality of the product. Additionally this refrigerator was a replacement refrigerator for the same make and model which we previously had purchased. We had 8 service calls on that refrigerator for the same reasons. The refrigerator, freezer and ice maker continue to stop working even after replacement parts are installed the appliance will start to work and cool and 1 day later be warm again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this refridgerator less than two months ago and it's already broken (it will not cool).

Not worth the "hot water feature for the price"

Bought this fridge because my wife was supposedly impressed with the top feature, which was the hot water dispenser. When we got it home we tried using it, it took 5mns to get less than half a cup of water. When you're in the morning rush, this is not the best option, you can get a full cup in a minute in a microwave. We think this feature was an overkill not worth paying for. We have NOT used this knob ever since. Other than that it has all the volume capacity to meet your needs, the LED LIGHTS are bright and makes it easier to browse, the adjustable shelves are excellent ( it worked very well when we thawed a 28lb turkey this Thanksgiving) the bottom freezer is a choice that works for her, although some may find this a strecth, like in my case that recently had spinal surgery. I would have given this a 4.5 star if not for the disappointment with the hot water dispenser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It looks strong, yet refined. So eloquent and sophisticated.
There are many configuration choices to suite any taste.
I love the hot filtered water for tea. Precise measure is greate for adding several cups directly to a pot (don't need to keep track of how many times you have filled your measuring cup). Bottom freezer fits my frozen items (like pizza) much better than my old side-by-side!
