Love the hot water

We love the hot water feature, everything about the fridge is great. I would have given it a 5 star but the ice maker just doesn't have enough capacity. We're constantly running out, but other than that it's perfect.

We built a brand new house back in August and chose this refrigerator as one of our appliances for our building package. Today (November 6th), I come in and there is water all over the floor. Something is ALREADY wrong with our freezer. We love the storage that this fridge has to offer (so needless to say we have a lot of meat in our freezer area), but our meet in the freezer is starting to unthaw. I'm honestly in shock that something is ALREADY wrong. We are in panic right now at the fact of how much money might be going to waste over our food in the freezer area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very basic, just keeps things cold.

The product works, but falls way short of expectations for the price. Primary shortfallings: exterior needs to be cleaned every single day due to fingerprints, interior storage/shelving is not optimized, impossible to remove (and therefore clean) the pull out drawer for dairy, also makes accessing this drawer difficult, can take minutes for the hot water to be readyh to use, so it's really a gimmick and doen't have relevant utility.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Refrigerator I've Owned

I've owned this refrigerator for four years and still to this day remains one of the best purchases we've made. PROS: the measurement each time I use the water dispenser, the video when I select which type of water to dispense, the quality of the LED lights. CONS: Replacing the water filter could be designed a little better.

My refrigerator freezer worked for one week. Tech tried to fix it with new fan motors, boards,and wiring. Didn’t work. It’s so cold in Ohio I just put my frozen food outside
